Get an exclusive sneak peek into Santa’s office and find out where all letters to Santa go. We will take you to meet Santa and take part in the ceremony of crossing the Arctic Circle. On top of that, we will take you to Santa’s Park, located 2km from the Village. In Elves’ Post Office, you can send warm wishes to a friend or a loved one using the official Arctic Circle stamp! After the Santa’s Village tour, we’ll hop back to the van and take a short 2km ride to Santa’s Park. Here you can meet the Elves in their toyshop, or even see them perform a little show for you.

The guide will tell you about the construction, operation, and special features of the Snow Hotel during the memorable guided tour through the beautiful rooms of the hotel and Arctic specialities, such as the Snow Sauna. At the end of the tour, there is a possibility to order a shot from the Ice Bar for an additional fee, served in a glass made from ice. The Ice Restaurant built of snow and ice provides a unique setting for an unforgettable dinner; serving up hot Lappish delicacies savoured around ice tables. Culinary enjoyment commences with a classic turnip-vichyssoise soup and is finished off with the SnowHotel´s delicious soft chocolate delight. In line with the theme, the dessert is served on a magnificent ice platter.

The Elves invite you to their celebration on the most important day of the year! If you are lucky, you may even get to greet some of the shy creatures peeking from behind the trees. The Elves will then take you to their favourite part of the forest and together you will bring the perfect Christmas tree to be decorated around the cosy building. Take part in merriment and a warm drink around an open fire and the beautiful lit-up tree before we head inside to enjoy the delicious three-course meal. Santa Claus himself will join your celebration and bring a sackful of gifts for the little ones What a merry time!

We will arrive at the local reindeer farm located on the edge of a private lake. Capture the beauty of Finnish picturesque landscapes. Our hosts will tell you more about reindeer herding and life in the Finnish countryside. We will take you on a sleigh ride along the forest trails. Start your tour with a pickup from Santa Claus Hotel. Hop aboard your car, minivan, or bus with your guide and admire the snow-blanketed countryside as you head for a local husky farm. A trip from the city will not take more than 20 minutes.
A husky tour with a 45-minute husky safari (travel distance approx. 5 km) will take around 2,5 hours. A perfect way to enjoy the thrill of mushing a dog team with your family. Meet dogs, learn how to drive your sledge, and then head off for a thrilling dash through the magical snowy forest. Afterwards, there will be time to mingle with the dogs and have a snack with juice and cookies around the fire.

The best time of the year to see the Northern Lights in Finland is between September and April. In Lapland, you can see the lights for 200 nights a year.
