DAY  1

  • Arrival to Helsinki

Helsinki is a beautiful and peaceful capital, famous not only for its history and heritage but also for its coastline and archipelagos and great green parks. The city offers a wide range of attractions, museums, art galleries, tours and experiences for everyone of all ages to enjoy. You will have the chance to visit: Senate Square and the Lutheran cathedral, the unique Temppeliaukio Rock Church, the elegant Uspenski Cathedral, modern Library Oodi, Sibelius Monument and many more. Helsinki has one metro line and a comprehensive system of buses and trams. It takes just 30 min to get from the city to the airport, no matter which transport you are going to choose.

You will see the hidden areas and be kept mostly out of the beaten path. The tour is started at the Three Smiths Statue.

10:30 — 12:30 Ferry Helsinki-Tallinn
A day cruise from Helsinki to Tallinn, the capital of Estonia, is a popular way to do a day trip from Helsinki. It will take just 2 hours by ferry to get to Tallinn. On the ferry you will have a lot of opportunities for spending your travelling time nicely, discovering several restaurants, cafeterias & bars and even shopping onboard.

12:30 — 14:30 Bus-walking city tour in Tallinn

Get a welcome to Tallinn from a friendly and passionate local and discover the city like a resident. Learn the secrets about where to buy groceries, how to get around and much more. Our professional guide will introduce you to the highlights of Tallinn and learn about its rich history, customs, and everyday life. You can see architecture from the Middle Ages to the days of Soviet rule as you stroll around the medieval Old Town and venture into the outskirts of the city centre.

Suomenlinna is one of Finland’s most popular sights. Every year it attracts more than 700,000 visitors. In 1991, Suomenlinna was designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Covering an area of 210 ha and consisting of  6 islands and 200 buildings, Suomenlinna has amazing nature and viewpoints like tunnels and submarine. You can also visit museums, cafés & restaurants upon request. The tour starts from the Suomenlinna Museum (close to the pier) at 13:30.
